A self-guided spiritual practice by Briana Barela
Energetic Home Clearing
The UYP Method
When your home still feels heavy after life has moved on.
The conversation is over. The visitors have left. A difficult chapter has ended. Yet your space may still feel like it’s holding something you’re ready to release.
Follow Briana’s written home energy clearing ritual to clear, protect, and reclaim your space with intention.

Your questions, answered
Before you purchase
What do I receive, and how do I access it?
You receive instant digital access to the 10-page Energetic Home Clearing PDF. Follow the download instructions after checkout and save your copy so you can return to it. This purchase includes the written guide; a live session and physical supplies are not included.
What will I need for the ritual?
The guide uses smoke such as sage, incense, or palo santo; salt; water; a candle; and sound, such as music, a bell, or a sound bowl. It also describes additional spiritual tools you may choose to incorporate. Read the preparation section first and plan for uninterrupted time. Use smoke and flame safely, with ventilation and consideration for everyone who shares your home.
Can I return to the practice?
Yes. Keep the PDF for your personal use and revisit it when you want to reset your space. The final section discusses repeating the clearing and seeking deeper support. Please do not copy, share, or redistribute the guide.
Is this a home clearing performed by Briana?
This is a self-guided PDF ritual that you perform yourself. If you would like to discuss individual Home Energy Clearing support, contact Briana through the website. That service is arranged separately.
