We use Stripe for digital-product payments, Google Calendar for appointment scheduling, and Google Workspace, Apps Script, Google Sheets, and GMass for newsletter signup and email campaigns. These services have their own privacy policies. See the additional analytics and service disclosures below.

5. Confidentiality of Readings & Energy Work
All personal details and session discussions are kept strictly confidential. We will not share your readings, session details, or personal insights with anyone unless required by law. If you choose to share your reading or experience publicly, it is at your own discretion.

You have the right to: Access the personal data we have about you. Request deletion of your data (except where legally required to retain it). We use browser storage to remember your analytics choice and optional Google Analytics cookies only after you select Accept. We retain personal data only as long as necessary for service fulfillment, legal obligations, or business purposes. Notes from readings or energy work may be deleted after a certain period unless you request otherwise.

Our services are not intended for children under 18 without parental/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices change and will post updates on this page. Where required, we will provide further notice or request consent. Continuing to browse does not grant permission for optional analytics.

Optional website analytics and your choices

Analytics notice updated October 20, 2026. We use optional Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager, to understand visits and improve Unleash Your Power. The analytics container does not load until you select Accept. Reject leaves it blocked. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization remain denied.

When you accept, Google Analytics can process browser and device information, page visits, approximate location, interactions, and browser identifiers. Google receives technical information including your IP address in handling requests; Google states that GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, contact messages, appointment notes, or subscription confirmation/unsubscribe tokens to Analytics.

Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to recognize browsers. Their lifetimes depend on the Google tag settings and browser restrictions. We save your analytics choice in this browser's local storage for approximately six months. A changed consent notice may require a new choice. If browser storage is unavailable, we ask again on another visit.

Use Cookie preferences in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance stops future measurement and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. It does not undo information already sent. Email subscription consent is separate from analytics consent. Blocking analytics does not prevent newsletter signup, payment, or booking.

Google may process information on servers outside your country under its applicable terms and safeguards. Our Google Analytics 4 event-data retention setting is 2 months. The separate user-data retention setting is 14 months, with reset on new user activity enabled: a new event from a returning user can restart the retention period for that user identifier. These settings govern the applicable detailed analytics data and do not limit most standard reports based on aggregated data, which may remain available longer. Google applies its retention and deletion processes. These server-side settings are separate from analytics-cookie lifetimes and the approximately six-month storage of your consent choice. Transaction, subscriber, and service records have separate retention requirements based on providing services, legal obligations, and necessary business purposes. Basic measurement includes page views, newsletter submission attempts, Stripe checkout-link clicks and Google Calendar booking-link clicks. Attempts and clicks do not establish a confirmed subscription, purchase or appointment. We supply page addresses without query strings or fragments, and referral origins without personal URL details. Form contents and payment or appointment details are not included in these events.

Services used to operate this website

Newsletter signup uses Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, with Google Workspace/Gmail and GMass supporting email delivery and campaign reporting. For new website signups, we send a confirmation email with a unique link that expires after 48 hours. You must confirm before being added to the eligible campaign list and receiving a welcome email. We record the signup source, request and confirmation times, and delivery status. After confirmation, an internal notification informs Briana of your email address, confirmation time, and signup source. Existing subscribers retain their recorded consent and subscription status. Email campaign open and click reporting is separate from website analytics; opens are estimates. Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe option.

Stripe processes digital-product payments, and Google Calendar appointment schedules support bookings. Those services apply their own privacy practices. The site also loads hosting-provider telemetry associated with GoDaddy/secureserver.net and Google reCAPTCHA on some forms, and uses hosted resources such as Google Fonts. The analytics preference control governs optional GA4/GTM loading, not every third-party service. Their purposes, storage, and any additional controls will be reviewed separately.
